When can I visit?

Magical Christmas is set to return for 2021 and is running on selected days through December right up until Christmas Eve. Full list of dates, times and tickets will be going live soon.  Sign up to our newsletter to be first to hear any information and ticket release by visiting

Do I get access to the adventure farm?

Our Magical Christmas Experience is a separate ticketed event so entry to the farm is NOT INCLUDED, however all those that book Magical Christmas tickets will receive a 50% discount voucher that you can use to access the farm on the same day (T&C apply) Farm entry requires a separate ticket.  Please note the Adventure Farm operates two time slots 10am-1pm – 1:30pm-5:30pm so if you are booking your separate farm tickets on the same day of your Christmas experience ensure you consider the 1.5hrs Magical Christmas Experience.

What is included?

Festive fun with Santa’s Elves who have been working hard all year to bring you the best Christmas ever. Join us as an official elf helper in this 1.5 – 2 hrs event, meet a variety of characters and take part on activities. All this PLUS meet REAL LIFE reindeer, head in to see Santa himself who has presents for everyone, even you big kids and children receive a special token to pick something from the toy workshop to take home… A truly magical Christmas experience you will not want to miss.

Will there be reindeer?

YES, Santa has flown in some of his special reindeer to meet you ahead of their big flight on Christmas eve.

How long does the experience last?

The experience will last approximately 1.5 – 2 hrs

Can I bring an under one with a sibling?

Yes, babies in arms under one year are completely free when accompanying with a full paying child. Add an under one ticket to your basket, any fees will be removed at the checkout. Please note you may be asked for proof of date of birth for babies nearing their first birthday.

Can I bring an under one without a sibling?

Yes, adults bringing an under one without an accompanying sibling can do so during OFF PEAK times with a reduced fee for the under one. The reduced fee is only available during off peak. During peak times an under one attending without a sibling will be required to purchase a normal child ticket.

Can I get a reduced fee for a carer?

Yes, should you require a carer, a reduced fee of £15 per carer applies. One carer per person with a disability. Bring along proof of your DLA/PIP payments within the last two years along with your confirmation on the day of your visit.

Can I get a reduced fee as Adventurer Pass Holder?

Yes as an Adventurer Pass holder you will receive a discounted entry.  (Please note the discounted price cannot be applied to any other discount/promotion.  Valid passes required at the time of experience)

How many people are in my group?

Your Magical Christmas tickets will be included within a group of up to approximately 25 people, however individual families will see Santa on their own.

Can my family see Santa on their own?

Yes, you will break away from your group and see Santa as an individual family.

Can I take photos?

You sure can, take as many as you would like throughout the experience, including your own Santa selfies. During your time with Santa we will take a professional full family photograph which will be available to purchase at the end if you wish.

Can I take in my buggy?

We kindly ask all families with young children not to bring buggies and pushchairs to visit Santa. Those with buggies will be required to leave them in the buggy park for the duration of the experience.

Is there food and drink available?

Everyone will receive a Hot Chocolate drink on arrival to start the experience.  There are no other food or drink options unless separate ticket to the farm are purchased where other food and drink options are available.

Is there parking onsite?

Parking at the farm is free. Please allow extra time on weekends and during school holiday as the car park may be busy to ensure you arrive at ‘Elf check in’ (located in a marquee to the right of the main play barn) 10 minutes before your booked timeslot.

How do I book?

Tickets can only be booked through our website. Once you have completed your booking you will receive an email to the email address you provided which is also your ticket, keep this safe as you will be asked to produce this when you arrive.

Can I book tickets on the day?

On the day tickets are subject to availability.  To guarantee entry please book tickets online in advance. Please ask at farm reception or call ahead to find out if there are any tickets available. If you are in luck, on the day tickets can only be purchased on site (on the day tickets cannot be purchased via the website) On the day tickets cannot be reserved over the phone.

How do I book in a group?

Should you wish to bring a group of 10 or more, please contact the team direct on 01276 919212.

I don’t have a printer?

Don’t worry we accept printed and electronic tickets or make a note of the reference number.

I didn’t receive a confirmation?

If you have completed your booking and you do not receive your confirmation within 48 hours, please check it hasn’t sneaked into your junk or spam folders. Failing this please give the team a call asap on 01276 919212 who can fix this for you.

What time should I arrive?

On the day of you booking please arrive in good time and check in with the elves approximately 10 minutes before your booking time.

Do you issue refunds?

Please note all tickets are non-refundable.  In the event of nationwide lockdown tickets would be refunded less the booking fee.
